New website, smarter filters, and a redesigned hunt page

Three things shipped this month, plus a preview of what's coming next. Each one came from feedback on how real hunts are actually run.

New website: meet only candidates worth your time

Umamy website homepage with tagline about meeting quality candidates and partner logos on a purple gradient background.

umamy.io was rebuilt from scratch. The new site shows exactly what Umamy does: help you meet only candidates worth your time. No fluff, no marketing speak — just what you get when recruiters use AI to remove noise.

  • Clear value prop: 90% of candidates we send are on-profile. Your biggest problem will be choosing between great ones.
  • First qualified candidates in ~48 hours — faster than any traditional recruiter
  • Real stories from real founders — testimonials from Swyt, Mimbi, and more
  • Meet the team behind the AI — sales and tech experts who've hired, managed, and scaled teams at Google, Salesforce, and startups

We're not a SaaS dashboard. We're experts who use AI to deliver hand-picked shortlists.

Smarter hunt filters

Two new filters to find exactly who you need, fast.

Filter by evaluation criteria:

Candidate evaluation criteria filter interface showing checkboxes for matching specific scorecard requirements like US-based and proven tech hiring.

Click any scorecard criterion to see only matching candidates. Hiring a technical recruiter? Filter for "US-based" + "Proven tech hiring" and instantly see the matching candidates.

Included/excluded keywords:

Filter interface showing included keywords like TypeScript, React, Node.js and excluded keyword Java for precise candidate matching.

Define must-have skills and must-not-have backgrounds. "TypeScript + React but not Java" or "B2B sales but not SaaS" — you get the idea. Stop manually filtering. Define your criteria once, see only the right profiles.

Redesigned hunt page

Recruitment dashboard showing candidate pipeline stages: pending reviews, queued invitations, sent invitations, and pre-qualifying.

The hunt details page now gives you way more room for what matters: reviewing candidates, reading messages, and tracking stats.

  • More space for candidates: bigger cards, easier to scan profiles
  • Side panels for configuration: hunt settings moved to side sheets — keeps the main view clean
  • Sticky filters: filters stay visible as you scroll through candidates
  • Better message view: more room to read candidate replies and context

Hunt details is where you spend most of your time. This redesign makes reviewing candidates faster and less cluttered.

Coming next: talent pool qualification

Dashboard showing 2,847 candidates scored across top, mid, and low performance tiers from an ATS talent pool.

Score thousands of candidates already in your ATS for any job and push scores back. Perfect if you have a large talent pool or inbound candidates and want to surface the best matches instantly.

White-glove service reminder

Marketing page for the white-glove recruiting service showing three qualified candidate profiles with evaluation scores.

If you'd rather we handle everything — sourcing, qualifying, outreach — the white-glove service is still available. 90%+ on-profile candidates delivered in ~48 hours.
