ATS inbound, hunt overview redesign, employment status

March's update makes inbound ATS candidates as powerful as sourced ones — scored, ranked, and ready to act on. Plus a cleaner hunt overview and a new filter that matters more than most.

ATS inbound sourcing

ATS inbound sourcing interface showing candidates imported from BambooHR with AI scores applied to each profile.

ATS integrations used to only push candidates out of Umamy. Now they also pull candidates in. Connect your ATS and Umamy will score every inbound application against your scorecard criteria — the same way it evaluates sourced candidates.

  • Scores applied the moment candidates hit your ATS
  • Works with BambooHR today; Ashby and Greenhouse coming next
  • Ranked list replaces the raw application pile
  • Existing pipeline stages map to your ATS workflow

Sourced and inbound candidates now live in the same pipeline, evaluated the same way.

Candidate pipeline view

Redesigned candidate pipeline view showing cards with clearer score display, reply status, and quick action buttons.

The pipeline view got a full redesign. Cards are cleaner, scores are easier to read at a glance, and reply status is front and center. The most common actions — shortlist, reject, message — are accessible without opening the full profile.

Hunt overview redesign

Hunt overview page showing summary metrics, progress toward target, and a breakdown of candidates by pipeline stage.

The hunt overview is the first thing you see when you open a hunt. It now shows:

  • Progress toward target — how many qualified candidates you have vs. your goal
  • Stage breakdown — where candidates are in your pipeline at a glance
  • Outreach health — reply rate, acceptance rate, and pending actions
  • Quick links — jump directly to the candidates that need attention

Less time orienting, more time acting.

Score distribution chart

Score distribution histogram showing the spread of AI match scores across all candidates in the hunt.

A new histogram shows how candidate scores are distributed across your entire hunt. Useful for calibrating your criteria — if every score clusters around 70%, your scorecard might need tightening.

Employment status filter

Employment status filter showing options to filter candidates by current employment, recent job changes, and open to work status.

Filter candidates by employment status: currently employed, recently changed jobs, or actively open to work. The "open to work" signal correlates strongly with reply rates — worth using when your outreach volume is high and you want to prioritize the most responsive candidates.
