April's update focuses on three things: making LinkedIn data actionable inside Umamy, giving teams a shared space to discuss candidates, and pushing AI deeper into candidate evaluation.

LinkedIn Recruiter sync

LinkedIn Recruiter sync interface showing connected account and candidate import settings.

If you use LinkedIn Recruiter, you can now sync your entire candidate pipeline directly into Umamy. All your InMail conversations, notes, and candidate stages flow in automatically.

  • Pulls candidates from your Recruiter projects
  • Syncs InMail history so you never lose conversation context
  • Keeps candidate stages in sync between both platforms
  • Works alongside the existing LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration

Stop juggling two tabs for the same candidates.

Collaborative candidate notes

Candidate profile showing a shared notes panel with threaded comments from multiple team members.

Hiring is a team sport. The new shared notes panel lets your whole team weigh in on a candidate without flooding anyone's inbox.

  • Leave notes on any candidate profile
  • @mention teammates to pull them into the discussion
  • Notes are visible to everyone with access to the hunt
  • Full history preserved — no more losing context when someone's on holiday

Scorecard AI: auto-fill from conversations

Scorecard panel with AI-suggested scores based on candidate message history and profile content.

Scoring candidates manually after every conversation is tedious. Scorecard AI reads the candidate's messages, profile, and any notes your team has left, then suggests scores for each criterion.

  • Reads the full conversation history
  • Maps what the candidate said to your specific scorecard criteria
  • Pre-fills scores with explanations — you review and confirm
  • Works across all scorecard types

Improved candidate cards

Updated candidate card layout showing clearer match score, headline criteria, and quick-action buttons.

The candidate card got a visual overhaul. Match score is front and center, key criteria are surfaced at a glance, and the action buttons are where you expect them.

Hunt duplication

Clone any hunt in one click. Keeps all your criteria, scorecard, outreach sequences, and settings — just point it at a new candidate pool. Useful when you're hiring the same role across different markets or seniority levels.
