LinkedIn Recruiter pricing depends on the plan. Recruiter Lite costs €168.59 a month with no commitment, or €123.96 a month billed annually. Recruiter, the full plan, is sold by quote: LinkedIn's public UK rate card works out to about €10,664 per seat for one or two seats.
You have a LinkedIn Recruiter proposal on your desk, or you are wondering whether a Lite seat is worth it for your next hire. Before signing, know what each plan covers, what it leaves out, and what the time spent using it really costs.
LinkedIn publishes little about its recruiting prices. This article gathers the known figures, each with its source and date, and sets them against what you get.

LinkedIn Recruiter Lite pricing: what €168.59 covers
Recruiter Lite is the entry plan. It is bought online, monthly or yearly, and suits a recruiter or founder who sources regularly without doing it all day. According to LinkedIn's product page, checked on October 29, 2026, it includes:
- 30 InMails a month and saved message templates;
- 20+ search filters and saved search alerts;
- daily candidate recommendations;
- search across your network up to third-degree connections;
- limited collaboration seats for hiring managers.
The prices come from two consistent surveys published in France: Swello (updated April 22, 2026) and Emmanuelle Petiau (February 5, 2026). Annual billing lowers the monthly price by about 26%, in exchange for a twelve-month commitment.
LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate pricing: why there is no public price list
Recruiter, often called Recruiter Corporate, is sold only through LinkedIn's sales team. The only public rate card is the one LinkedIn files on G-Cloud, the UK government's procurement marketplace (document dated October 20, 2025). Converted to euros:
| Number of seats | Price per seat, in euros | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 2 | €10,664 | £8,925 |
| 3 to 10 | €10,245 | £8,575 |
| 11 to 30 | €9,738 | £8,150 |
| 31 to 50 | €8,961 | £7,500 |
| 51 to 100 | €8,543 | £7,150 |
| 101 to 250 | €8,065 | £6,750 |
Converted at £1 = €1.1948 (October 27, 2026), rounded to the nearest euro. Prices for France and the US are not published: only a quote gives the real figure. The same document lists at least 150 InMails a month per seat.
What LinkedIn Recruiter pricing does not show
A seat buys access, not candidates. The real cost is the time of whoever searches, screens, writes and follows up. In a small business, that is often the HR manager or the founder, with ten other priorities.
That time rarely shows up in a budget line, yet it decides whether the seat produces hires. A seat bought in a busy month and opened twice is the most expensive kind: you pay the full price and get none of the value. Before comparing price lists, estimate honestly how many hours a week someone will actually spend searching.
Search time
Every search means setting filters, reading profiles and deciding who to contact. On a hard-to-fill role, that repeats every week.
The InMail cap
With 30 InMails a month on Lite, you have to choose who to contact. To land a few interviews for a rare profile, that allowance goes fast.
Who signs the message
An InMail comes from the seat holder's account. A candidate who already has a job responds more readily to their future manager than to a stranger, whatever the tool.
That is the question to ask before comparing prices: who will do the searching? If nobody has the time, even the cheapest seat is a cost without a result.
📅 Pay for the work, not the access. Agents find candidates, rank them with the Dynamic Fit Score and draft messages on behalf of your managers, from €249 per month excluding VAT, flat price.

How to lower the cost of LinkedIn Recruiter
A few levers follow directly from the published prices. They do not replace a quote, but they help you read one.
- Monthly or annual: on Recruiter Lite, annual billing costs about 26% less per month. It only pays off if the seat is used every week; otherwise monthly billing lets you stop once the role is filled.
- Number of seats: on the UK rate card, going from 1 or 2 seats to 3 to 10 lowers the per-seat price by about 4%, and beyond 100 seats by about 24%. For a small business the gap is small: the main lever is not paying for an unused seat.
- The right plan: if you do not need ATS integration or the full LinkedIn network, Recruiter Lite covers the essentials for a fraction of the price.
- Your renewal date: note it when you sign. That is the moment to compare other options on a real role.
LinkedIn Recruiter pricing vs. alternatives: how to decide
Three cases cover most small and mid-sized businesses:
- A full-time recruiter who sources every day: Recruiter, with its full network and ATS integration, is justified. Negotiate the quote on the number of seats.
- Someone who sources a few hours a week: Recruiter Lite, billed monthly, lets you test without commitment, then switch to annual if usage is steady.
- Nobody has time to search: a tool that does the work for you costs less in time. We compare these options in our LinkedIn Recruiter alternative for SMBs.
Umamy sits in the third case: its agents search, rank and draft the outreach, sent from your managers' LinkedIn accounts after your approval. It takes 10 minutes from brief to first candidates, and pricing is flat, with no success fee, as shown on our pricing page.
